PC Banking and E-Statements
Montana Federal Credit Union provides convenient and free access to your account, through a secure multifactor authentication internet connection. There's no complicated software to download or learn.
E-Statements will provide you with a summary of your monthly statement, and is interactive in HTML and PDF formats. Other notifications including Tax Forms, other required disclosures such as Change in Terms Notification, Error Resolution Notice, and promotional materials will be sent online.
E-Statements are electronic statements that can be viewed through PC Banking. Be sure MFCU has your current email address for eStatements. MFCU will use the email information current on the eStatement page of PC Branch to notify you that your account statement is available for viewing. If this address changes or is incorrect please call a Member Service Representative at 406-727-2210 to notify us of your new email address.

In order to use PC Banking you must notify the credit union of the PIN/Password you have chosen. This PIN/Password can be the same as you currently use for your 24-Hour Voice Response
You can fill out the following form and we will contact you via E-mail or telephone when your account is accessible. Or you can contact us during regular business hours at the credit union and we will get you setup immediately.
Click into PC Banking and:
Step 1
Enter your Credit Union account number in window marked "Account #"
Step 2
Enter your PIN/Password in the window marked "PIN/Password" . As you key in your PIN/Password, asteriks (****) will appear in each window. This is designed to keep your PIN private.
Step 3
Click on the button marked "Sign-on". If you have correctly entered your account number, PIN/Password you will be granted access to your accounts. If entered incorrectly, you will not be able to access your accounts and you will be prompted again. If you fail to enter your PIN/Password correctly three times, you will be locked out and you need to call the credit union to have it re-activated.

PC Banking Terms and Conditions
Please read the following "Terms and Conditions" information carefully as it relates to PC Banking. If you have any questions, you may call (406) 727-2210 or 1-800-721-2242 for further information or you may request a copy of the Membership and Account Terms and Conditions, Electronic Funds Transfer, Funds Availability Disclosure and Truth-in-Savings Disclosure.
I understand that Montana Federal Credit Union may terminate or restrict PC Home Banking services or transactions without notice and I may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the credit union at P.O. Box 5027, Great Falls, MT 59403.
I understand and agree that I will be responsible for all transactions made by myself or an authorized signer on my account. I agree not to disclose or otherwise make my access code available to anyone not authorized to sign on my accounts. If I disclose my personal identification number to another person, their access to my account is considered authorized used.
I hereby authorize anyone to whom I give my Personal Identification Number (PIN) to use the features available through PC Home Banking. I further understand and agree that I am responsible for all such transactions and that this authorization shall control any agreement I have with Montana Federal Credit Union.
I agree to change my PIN immediately if any unauthorized person obtains access to my PIN and notify Montana FCU of such activity.
All monetary transactions via Online Home Banking will be completed subject to available funds in my account.
I understand that checks withdrawn from my account will be mailed the next business day to the address on record. The credit union is not responsible for mail once the mail leaves the credit union.
